Sales & Marketing Admin Assistant – Semex UK
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Head Office team of Semex UK.  The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to provide office administration support.
 
Location – Office based, Monkton, Ayrshire, Full time position

* Skills and Experience

* Basic understanding of office procedures

* Some knowledge of using Microsoft Office

* Willing to learn In-house IT systems

* Ability to multi-task priorities and handle different projects efficiently

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal.

* Ability to work both independently and as a team member

* Flexible, enthusiastic and proactive approach to work

* Ability to stay ‘cool’ when the pressure is on
