Each room will need a credit card. Upon check-in at each hotel, your credit card will be charged a deposit for any incidentals (e.g. damaging something in the room). This money will be returned after you have checked out.
The approximate date that you should receive your itinerary is the first week of October, 2024.
The deadline for deposit payment is JULY 29, 2024.

To have the best chance of clothing arriving in time, please ensure you have ordered any items from the Semex promo store by September 1, 2024.
Transportation will be provided on comfortable coach buses equipped with power outlets and a washroom. The groups that will travel together will be combined based on speaking language.
Our Royal Winter Fair tours will only be touring herds in Canada. If you are interested in touring farms in the USA, please connect with Clarissa McCallum to organize a tour for another time.
